To keep your Google Play Services up-to-date, you’ll need to update it on your device every time you make a change to your settings or installed a new app. To do this, open the Google Play Services settings on your device and select “Update now.” After updating, you’ll need to reboot your device for the changes to take effect. If you’re not sure when an update is available for your device, check the “Latest updates” section of the Google Play Store website. You can also check for updates through Settings -> Security -> Check for Updates.

Update Google Play services on Android
To manually check Google Play services’ updates, first, launch the Settings app on your Android phone.
In Settings, scroll a bit down and select “Apps & Notifications.”
Choose “See All X Apps” (where “X” is the number of apps you have).
Scroll down the app list and select “Google Play services.”
At the bottom of the app page, tap “Advanced.”
Again, at the bottom of the page, tap “App Details.”
Your phone will take you to the Google Play services page on the Play Store. Here, update the app version by tapping “Update.”
If you don’t see the “Update” button, your app is already up to date.
When the app is updated, close the Play Store.
